These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, dispatch platform, and towing/roadside assistance services provided by TowStates ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting dispatch or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TowStates operates a dispatch network coordinating emergency vehicle towing, roadside assistance, winching, flatbed transport, and commercial logistics across participating service areas. Actual service execution may be handled by authorized dispatch teams, internal operators, or independent field contractors.
By requesting service, you affirm that you are the registered legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent operating the vehicle with full authority to request towing or transport services.
TowStates and its field operators exercise all reasonable care in performing recovery and transport services. However, TowStates is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, structural weaknesses caused by accidents prior to dispatch, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
For network management, refund inquiries, or billing adjustments, our office operates strictly between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Emergency roadside dispatch remains active 24 Hours / 7 Days a week.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws where transport services are requested and corporate administration operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
